To file a report in the app, open the person's profile and tap Block or Report at the bottom, then Report. That form will send us one screenshot.
If you have more than one screenshot, email them to help@joinsmoldr.com with the phone number on your account.
To delete your account in the app, tap the Account tab, then Delete Account. Type DELETE and your account is deleted immediately.
If you no longer have the app, email help@joinsmoldr.com with the phone number on the account. We text a 6-digit code to that number and you send it back. This is to ensure nobody can delete an account they do not own.
A removal is permanent. After six months you can ask to come back. Email help@joinsmoldr.com with the phone number on the account, your case, and anything that supports it. If the number matches an account, a team member will be in touch.
Two removals have no appeal: threats of violence, and anything involving a minor.
If you believe somebody under 18 has an account, email privacy@joinsmoldr.com with their phone number. A parent or guardian does not need an account.
